DELIVERY We aim to deliver our products to your door in 2-5 days after recipt of the order.On some occasions it my take longer due to stock availability(we will let You know) but not longer than 15 working days.A delivery charge is added to your basket. PAYMENT All prices in our shop are vat included (17,5%).Payment can be made by credit/debit card via our line secure server, telephone, post.Cheque payment also accepted subject to clearance. HOW TO RETURN UNWANTED PRODUCTS If you decide you do not require the product you bought , you can return them for a refund within 7 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions: Goods should be returned via Royal Mail recorded delivery ( at your own cost), to ensure safe arrival at our Office, but we will charge a re-stocking fee of 20% which will be deducted from your refund. We must receive the goods in their original packaging with all parts included and in a re-saleable condition. If the goods arrive back damaged, with parts missing or in damaged packaging, we will not be able to issue a refund. Carriage charges on the original order will not be refunded.
